Service is a very important part of Girl Scouting. Our troop takes this responsibility very seriously. We offer the girls the opportunity to earn fun patches for participating in the events we hold at the troop level and those at the council level. We will list the upcoming service projects once we start our meetings in September. We will also need registered adult volunteer participation in order to make this a success. Please see the Adult Volunteer Opportunities for more details.

Since recycling is an ongoing activity, we will continue this project into the 2010 - 2011 year. This will be our pop tab collection. Our sponsor is collecting pop tabs to recycle.

Keep watching for our progress throughout the next scouting year!
